Personal Training Sessions are intended to get you moving, working at the upper range of your fitness ability, and to leave you feeling great about yourself and your body. 

Based on your capabilities, we will work as a team to push you towards progress, strength, and enjoying movement.  Fitness should be fun, or at least something you feel great about doing!

I offer programs in 4 week, 12 week, and 52 week increments.
